Covid Sewing

 After sewn many masks in the first weeks of COVID; but I'm back doing Wedding Gown Alterations that I most enjoy. I’m really enjoying sewing again!

I miss Hancock Fabric

Several months ago the doors Hancock fabric store were closed forever. After a short closing sale; everything was gone. Fortunately, there's a Joann fabric store. I'm getting accustomed to that store.

Summer Sewing

I will not be teaching Sewing Classes this summer. I'm planning to start a class in September at Hancock Fabric Store on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, Al.

Summer Sewing 2014

The top was made from McCall's pattern #M6727. I bought the jeans for 50 cents at a store called Dirt Cheap and added the ruffle to the bottom of the legs. The fabric for the legs and top yoke was purchased at Hobby Lobby. This was a really fun project.

New Beginner's Sewing Class

New Sewing Class for kids ages 6-16yrs will start on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
The time is from 2:30pm - 4:30pm at Hancock Fabrics on Atlanta Highway in Montgomery, Alabama.
It's always exciting to introduce a new group of kids to sewing. I look forward to see how the students will do.
